Terms and Conditions
- Excludes medicines and drugs, external tests (i.e., those sent away to a laboratory or third party), retail goods and other services offered by an external third party.
- All payments are strictly COD. Regrettably we do not run accounts (with the exception of a payment plan or extended payment terms and an official debit order mandate).
- For the safety of our team we do not accept cash. We accepts major credit cards.
- Your membership card must be presented in order for the discount to be applied to the services offered.
- The discount cannot be added to existing specials or promotions. The client will receive the “better” of the offers.
- You will be advised once your card is ready for collection. Cards can be collected from the reception at The Holistic Hub.
Extended Payment Terms
- Services over R5000 may be eligible for extended payment terms from over 3 to 12 months.
- By signing a debit order instruction, you are agreeing to purchase service, which you are agreeing to “pay-off” over a pre-defined duration of time.
- You will only be able to schedule your service once you have approved the relevant debit order mandate on your banking app, and have completed BOTH sets of debit order forms.
- You may not be under debt review when taking out the debit order.
- You will be required to accept the debit order by midnight on the agreed upon day of processing. Failure to do so will incur and additional R35.00 (thirty-five rand) for each additional attempt (i.e., each time I do not accept the mandate on the agreed upon date) which will be added to the total above and divided equally by the chosen number of instalments.
- Extended payment terms incur additional services fees and charges over and above the cost of the services rendered.
- Debit orders are required for ALL maintenance plans.
