The Griffon Room

The Griffon Room is a 2.2m x 3.8m consulting room available on a flexible rental basis. Choose from a regular slot from which to grow your thriving practice or rent space on the go as needed. The Griffon room is ideal for nutrition consultations, behaviour consults, specialist pain consults and more.

The Mirah Room

The Mirah Room is a 2.2m x 4m consulting room which is ideal for behaviourists (particularly for reactive dogs, needing a more private space), chiropractors, body-workers, massage therapists, fitness trainers, and acupuncturists. This room is larger and offers more space in which to work. It is also a private space, which is helpful when you need a relaxed environment from which to work.

The Phoenix Room

The Phoenix Room is another of our smaller consulting rooms. It is 2.2m x 3.8m and is available on a flexible rental basis. Choose from a regular slot from which to grow your thriving practice or rent space on the go as needed. The Phoenix room is ideal for nutrition consultations, chiropractic for small animals, homeopathy consults and more. 

From R44 per hour.

The Hydra Room

The hydra room is a 12m x 2.4m room with an underwater treadmill that can accommodate cats as well as small and larger medium breed dogs. This room is ideal for hydrotherapy and associated services. This room is only available on a regular weekly slot.

Includes water and electricity, basic training on the machine operation, appropriate water maintenance, and administrative support.

The rental includes the following:

  • The allocated consulting room space during the designated times.
  • Reception support which includes meeting and greeting clients and patients, collecting payments etc.

  • Daily cleaning of consulting rooms.

  • Wi-Fi Access.
  • Basic teas and coffees for lease practitioners while on duty.
  • Access control to facility.
  • Security Cameras for safety.
  • Ample parking.
  • Facility marketing including your service offering.
  • Lots of space for patients to wind-down after their journey, ahead of their appointment.

Yes, we are able to assist with optional extra services, however, these will come at an additional charge. These include:

  • Taking bookings
  • Managing booking software
  • Capturing patient notes
  • Use of system for patient note tracking
  • The assistance of an Animal Health Technician in the provision of services.

No, we also offer a "rent-as-you-go" option. However, all practitioners will need to apply the first time they make use of our facilities, as we are required to check that the practitioner has the necessary certifications and accreditations to offer their services. There is a benefit to a fixed rental option such as marketing support and preferential rates based on the frequency and duration of rental hours. 

Marketing support includes search engine marketing (SEM), as well as paid Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising for your services. You will also receive a feature page about you and your practice on our website.
