Owned and run by qualified veterinarian Dr Tanya Grantham, We specialise in the Physical Rehabilitation of small domesticated animals and horses. Our small animal services include Canine Hydrotherapy, Feline Hydrotherapy, Veterinary Acupuncture, Light Therapy, Thermotherapy, Cryotherapy, Massage and many other options. Our equine services include sports massage and body work, as well as post op/injury rehabilitation among others.
Our core business is to make our client’s pets feel better. We do this by providing individualized solutions for small animal companions and equines needing physical rehabilitation and/or pain management beyond allopathic medication and conventional Veterinary interventions.
In addition to the physical rehabilitation of animals we also help with the fitness and conditioning of canine and equine athletes. We help our clients and their sporty companions to gain a greater advantage over their competition.
Dr Peta-Danielle Muller-Deibicht
Veterinary Pain Specialist
Dr Dani runs a Veterinary Specialist Pain clinic from The Holistic Hub. She is a remarkable individual. Dr Dani is a qualified veterinarian registered with the South African Veterinary Council, with over ten years of experience in private practice. Dr Dani has a special interest in cross-species pain management. She runs a specialised pain clinic helping her patients better manage chronic pain to help improve their quality of life. She is registered with the IVAPM (International Veterinary Association of Pain Management) .
Dr Dani locums at the Johannesburg Wildlife Hospital rehabilitating everything from birds of prey, to hadidas, and from tortoises to crocodiles. Pretty much any wild animal you might expect to find in Johannesburg and surrounds. As a member of “Fear Free Pets”; and having completed a certification in Fear Free management of animals, for Dr Danie handling her patients in a pain-free and stress-free manner is an imperative.
Dr Dani has completed Dr Tanya Grantham’s course in “Canine Physical Rehabilitation” and her “Foundational Acupuncture for Veterinarians” course, both of which are registered with the SAVC, as CPD accredited courses.
Dr Alison Van Gils
Veterinary Acupuncturist
Dr Alison is a qualified veterinarian, registered with the South African Veterinary Council. She holds a BSc in Animal Sciences, a BVSc in Veterinary Sciences, a Post-Graduate Certificate in adult education and is a certified veterinary acupuncturist (CHI Institute and CMVIT). She has also completed certificates in Integrative Canine Rehabilitation (CIVT), Pain Management (WSAVA) and herbal medicine (CHI institute).
Dr Alison’s clients and patients love her for her compassion, her willingness to go the extra mile and her authentic concern for th well-being of her patients and clients.
She has brought with her a level of professionalism in the manner in which she conducts her treatment sessions and has contributed new ideas in the assessment and management of our animal patient’s conditions.
Annalize Carelse
Specialized Kinesiologist
Annelize is an animal lover at heart, a devoted fur-mom, and feels that she is deeply blessed to walk this path of purpose—supporting animals and their guardians through holistic healing.
Annelize is a qualified and registered Specialised Kinesiologist with the Association of Specialised Kinesiologists of South Africa (ASKSA). While her work primarily focuses on canines, felines and equines, she is open to working with any animal in need of support.
At the heart of her work lies a deep passion to create lasting transformation for both animals and their guardians. Her motivation is rooted in connection, compassion, and collaboration.
